All payments made on Dostily are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Dostily is a digital service that provides immediate access upon payment. The costs of AI processing (conversation generation, voice synthesis, memory processing) are incurred instantly upon usage and cannot be reversed. Unlike physical goods, digital services consumed cannot be "returned."

If your account is suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service or Content Policy, you are not entitled to any refund for any remaining subscription time.
Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback (payment dispute) will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through legal channels and collection agencies. A chargeback filed without first contacting us is considered fraudulent.
Dostily may experience occasional downtime due to maintenance, server upgrades, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for any service interruptions, outages, or degraded performance — whether planned or unplanned. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this.
